Yesterday our TORC Operational Manager, Sarah Provost, ran for the 100km Run Against Cancer, an initiative from Kom op tegen Kanker (vzw). She took on 30km and together with two teams, they ran 200km and raised over €5,500 for cancer research.
We asked for a personal comment:
"Under the blue sky and shining sun, we all ran with our own motivation, but with the same goal: raising awareness for cancer and cancer research. Beyond the amazing atmosphere, the beautiful course and the great organization, this event has a unique concept: every 10km, a new team member joins in. The kilometers fly by before you know it!"
